ConnectChiropracticLA provides mobile chiropractic care services in the Greater Los Angeles area. Our website offers an online booking system to schedule appointments for various chiropractic treatments and services.
Appointment Booking & Confirmation
Booking Process
When you book an appointment through our website:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You will receive an initial confirmation via email and/or SMS (if opted in)
- You must click the confirmation link in your email within 24 hours to finalize your booking
- Your appointment is NOT confirmed until Dr. Sam reviews and approves it
- You will receive a final confirmation once Dr. Sam approves your appointment
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when booking
- Keep your appointment or cancel/reschedule with reasonable notice
- Be present and ready at your scheduled appointment time
- Inform us of any health conditions or concerns before treatment
- Make payment for services as agreed
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in cancellation fees or restrictions on future bookings.
