You do NOT need to consent to SMS messages to:

  • • Book an appointment with us
  • • Receive chiropractic services
  • • Get appointment confirmations and reminders (via email)
  • • Access any of our services

SMS notifications are an optional enhancement to our email communications. You can complete your entire booking and receive all necessary information via email only.

This SMS Consent Policy explains how ConnectChiropracticLA ("we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging to communicate with patients who voluntarily opt-in to receive SMS notifications. If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive SMS text messages during our booking process, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Only if you choose to opt-in: By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box during booking, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from ConnectChiropracticLA at the phone number you provided.

Important service-related updates about your appointments

Messages Are Transactional

All SMS messages are transactional and appointment-related. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.

Message Frequency

Average Frequency: Approximately 2-4 SMS messages per appointment

The exact number of messages depends on your appointment:

  • 1 initial booking confirmation
  • 1-2 status updates (when appointment is confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled)
  • 1 optional reminder (sent 24 hours before your appointment)
  • Additional messages only if there are important updates to your appointment

  • We do not charge any fees for SMS messages
  • Your mobile carrier may charge for incoming text messages

Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will immediately stop receiving text messages.

You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Method 2: Call Us

Call us at (818) 523-6661 and request to opt out of SMS notifications.

Method 3: Email Us

Email us at info@connectchiropracticla.com with your phone number and request to unsubscribe from SMS.

After Opting Out:

  • You will no longer receive SMS notifications
  • You will still receive email communications (if provided)
  • You can opt back in at any time by selecting SMS during your next booking
  • Opting out does not affect your appointment or service
